Begin breaking it down into epics Build a hierarchy of low level to high level user stories What is the base easiest user story? Estimate user stories in story points Are there at least 2 weeks worth of user stories? What are the highest priority user stories to slot into Sprint/Iteration 1? Does the Delivery Team have enough information to commit on Day 1? What additional investigation must happen to commit on Day 1? 4
