When and where?? Its from Germany. About 1000 years ago. Then it traveled to England.

Christmas tree facts The first Christmas tree was decorated in England by queen Victoria. All the people copied the queen. The trees were decorated with hand blown glass. Woolworth brought glass ornament tradition to the us in 1930 Legend has it that Martin Luther began the tradition.
