A piece of history.... The first information about the school comes from It functions as a parish school. At that time nineteen pupils were taught by one teacher Mr Kobylanski. Since 1945 the school was a seventh grade school. The year 1972 was a breaking point. A new building was built during year 1972 and 1976.
School is six years of primary school. Lessons start from 8.00 am until 1.25 pm. There are: 7 classrooms, a computer lab, a techer’s room, a regional corner, a library, a student’s shop, a gym, a football pitch, a playground.
Base school: Computer lab. On December 2005 the school was granted a new computer lab. Multimedia Information Internet Centre. Multimedia Information Internet Centre has functioned since the 4 th of January 2008.
The school also has a kindergarten. Kindergarten Unit Activities are held from 8 am untill 1.30 pm.
School traditions: School chronicle (since 1965), Golden Book – the best students leaving the school, First Class vowing, School and class Christmas Eve, Grandmother’s and Grandfather’s Day, Christmas Tree Party, Spring Welcome, Mother’s Day, Children’s Day.

Knowledge through experience programme. A trip to the Park of Miniature. Students could admire exhibits from all over the world.

Keep fit programme. The topic: Live healthy and exercise The aim of the project is to make students and their parents realize on the effect of a proper eating and a physical activeness to our health.
Within the project there were held: sports competion, local championship in unihockey, language contest” I know what I eat. Let’s eat fruit and vegetables”, the school event ”Fruit at school” and the contest for the most delicious spring salad. The trips to the swimming pool, and the bicycle trips were organize to promote healthy style of life.
All Poland reads its children. Since 2002 The Primary School in Minoga takes part in ALL POLAND READS ITS CHILDREN campaign. Together with parents, librarians reading events are organized. The aim of the campaign is to become adults aware of the importance of reading to children. Common reading among family members is a clever form of contact with children as well as a successful educational method.
