What the team did next…

Team Dynamics

Reflection and some kind words. A huge weight had been lifted as my guilty secret was no more! A little change can make a big difference! I liked how the training was not about me but about symptoms of a number of conditions. I learned lots too!

What happened next Different person after training Wore her glasses with pride! Happier team Promotion Goodbye….. The team have benefitted and we adopted good practice as a result of this training!

Dyslexia Toolkit We have been discussing this today. It would have been helpful and informative. Provided me with guidance and assistance Something we should consider investing in the future as a reference for all employers.
