Pre-plan Your Logistics Scheduling: Create a schedule, consistent day & time can be helpful Mentees should initiate scheduling Make sure you have each other’s preferred and phone numbers Placing the call: Be clear on who is initiating the call (mentor or mentee) Canceling/Rescheduling: Please do so as soon as you know of the conflict, and at least 24 hours in advance Please do not “stand up” your partner Tips for Success
