21 CQM – Flow Control  The flow control through the CQM is controlled by our PLC  Coal enters our hopper from a sampling system  The coal level is read by a Ramsey level sensor  When the coal goes above the set point, the CQM belt will turn on, and control the level accordingly

22 Analyzer Location Issues  CQM Since it requires a sample stream, it’s preferred to integrate it with an existing sampling system Has to be somewhere where the topsize does not exceed 3 inches Requires about 8-10 feet of vertical clearance Need to allow for electronics doors opening source cask placement nearby Liner removal Level sensor at top of input hopper Optimal flow is 3 tph to 15 tph Would like sample increments no less often than every 2 minutes Ideally want it as close as possible to the process being controlled
