Members ingest content through DuraCloud. Texas Digital Advanced Computing Center (TACC) DSpace Amazon Glacier storage (e.g.) DuraCloud ingestion tools DPN Texas Node (Dark Storage) DPN Node Content ingested into DPN Texas node will be replicated at other DPN nodes Content destined for DPN packaged in DPN “bag.” (automated) Content can be put in several different types of storage. DPN is one option.
Timeline Early summer 2014: Member consultation on DuraCloud as a service (without DPN). Late summer 2014: TDL DuraCloud service (without DPN) available. Fall 2014: Texas DPN node in beta for Texas libraries. 2015: Texas Node in production. Aligned with DPN organization timeline
