Job Opportunities

Aesthetics Manager Ensures room is in order before class leaves. (Chairs pushed in, trash cleared, work stations closed.)

Assistant Manager Fills in or assists in any area as necessary.

Attendance Manager Presents information about assignments to employees after they return from an absence.

Circulation Manager Hands out written communications, stores extra worksheets.

Communication Manager Answers phone, designs bulletin boards, runs errands.

Conservation Manager Encourages recycling and monitors recycling bin, empties as necessary.

Content Manager Helps others master academic content, but does NOT do the work for anyone!

Inventory Manager Counts items in the store, works closely with store and sourcing managers to ensure store remains fully stocked.

Payroll Manager Tabulates time card punches and transfers to student’s store debit card.

Print Manager Fixes printer problems, obtains and replenishes paper.

Process Manager Takes roll, makes announcements, starts work day. Hands out new time cards/collects old cards.

Project Manager Keeps track of work progress and the differentiation choice board.

Sourcing Manager Seeks donations for store supplies, creates and prints work place benefit coupons and selects community project recipients.

Store Employee When store is open, helps process purchases and tabulate debit card balances.

Store Manager Opens the store every 2 weeks, handles purchases, and updates store debit card. Works with inventory and sourcing managers to ensure store is fully stocked.

Supplies Manager Obtains and returns supplies, keeps supply area clean and stocked.

Table Manager Keeps table on task. Answers basic questions. Makes sure table is clear, chairs in.

Technical Row Manager Keeps row on task Answers basic questions Manages row’s neatness: chairs in, headphones on monitor etc. Makes sure everyone logs off
