3 Overview: Populations Surveyed  Individuals who registered with Worksource and who didn’t have any post-secondary training  Individuals who completed a high school vocational program and earned a high school diploma  Individuals who left a community or technical college vocational program before earning a degree or certificate

4 Overview: Survey Implementation  Contact information that had been provided for Workforce Training Results was used for this survey  The survey instrument was developed in collaboration with WTECB staff  Calls were made July 5-17, 2006
