The new hire program focuses on the individual and the team that he or she will be working with. The program emphasizes transparent communication, conflict resolution, change management, and the development of innovative thinking and leadership.

Increased job satisfaction Increased performance Reduces turnover Increases employ retention and reduces recruitment costs The Marketing message is that “Bold companies” are created “one person at a time” ( Conscious Dynamics, LLC., 2014). Research shows that “half of all senior outside hires fail within 18 months in a new position and half of all hourly workers leave new jobs within the first 120 days” (Bauer, 2007, p.1). The Conscious Dynamics new hire integration program increases job satisfaction and performance. This results in a reduction of turnover and increased employ retention. The byproduct of this is a reduction in recruitment costs.
