Course Description “This course is required for students who are identified as ‘at risk’ of failing the NJ ASK 7 or 8. The development of skills and problem solving skills is emphasized in the following areas: number sense, concepts and application; spatial sense and geometry; data analysis, probability, statistics, and discrete mathematics; patterns, functions, and algebra. The course will support the mathematics 7 or Pre-Algebra curriculum and will be tailored to meet the specific needs of the students. This is a pass/fail course.”

Grading Students must accrue 100 points to pass. Please ignore the “percent” field on Infinite Campus. Focus on the “points” field. Why is this important?
