Meeting room ( on May/9 ) Meeting room –Faculty of Science, Room Z (two rooms are connected to make a big room ) –Put some direction boards to guide participants to the meeting room Tables and chairs –For about 40 participants –Tables for drinks and Screen and projector –The room has a built-in screen and a LCD projector –In addition, we will borrow a screen from Faculty and a LCD projector from our group. Network and PC –Set up a wireless LAN system and wired LAN –Prepare some ethernet cables –Prepare AC extension cables for 30 laptops –Prepare a desktop PC for presentation Microphone, speaker, laser-pointer –Check microphone and speaker in the room –Prepare a laser pointer and spare battery
