SWOT Strengths / dumpling are a traditional part of Chinese culture. This food is closely related to our life. Our greatest strengths of Dumpling was emphasizes on the taste of fresh and delicious. Dumpling are attracting growing attention from health- conscious consumers. This food is low in Sodium.

Opportunities Our restaurants offering such as dumpling, prawn dumpling, steam dumpling fried dumpling and dumpling soup.

Weaknesses There are many western restaurants entered in Taiwan food market. We have to compete against the Western fast-food companies such as McDonald to gain more market share.

Threats There are many franchise stores Western fast-food companies such as McDonald, KFC Burger King, Doughnuts and entered in food market. But you still can find a fast food restaurant almost anytime and anywhere.

 SALES STRATEGIES:  4 Ps  Product, Price, Place, Promotion. Product – General speaking, our targeted market is everyone therefore we are selling “convenience and satiety”. Price The fit price Because of few western fast foods, they use a higher price pricing method.And we provide cheaper price than western fast foods.

Place We hope communication with consumer is most direct therefore the restaurant has set in busy area. Promotion Because of selling delicious dumpling therefore the advertisement portraying an image that creates convenience and cheaper price for consumers.
