IANNA GOLD JOINT VENTURE – PRINCIPAL TERMS IZM expenditure US$ 350,000 by 30 April 2011 (achieved). IZM expenditure US$ 1,000,000 by 30 April 2012 (achieved). IZM election to continue or withdraw from the JV by 10 January 2011 (done). Continuation required the issue of 1 million IZM options (done). Terms of options: strike price A$ 0.15 2 year life (expire 20 January 2013) JV partners: IZM 50% (JV Manager & 51% of JV vote) SRM 50% IZM option to acquire a further 25% interest for US$2.5 million expiring 30 April 2012 If option not exercised IZM is deemed to withdraw from JV 4

REGIONAL GEOLOGICAL SETTING Ianna Gold Project lies within the Guiana Shield, a palaeo- Proterozoic granite-greenstone terrane (2.2by) forming the northern part of the Amazon craton. Guyana’s primary gold deposits are commonly found near: o the margins of granitoids stocks that intruded the greenstone belts. o Fault/shear zones within the greenstone belts are also potential areas of gold deposits. 10
