Timeline

Management Challenges Overcoming Management Challenges The aforementioned management challenges and behavior changes will be overcome through time by implementing one or both of the following theories, Kolb's Learning Cycle (1984) The Kirkpatrick Model (1959) Level 1 Reaction -What degree do learners react? Level 2 Learning - What degree do learners acquire skills, attitude and knowledge? Level 3 Behaviour - What level do learners apply what they have learnt? Level 4 Results - What degree do targeted outcome occur as a result of the training?

Summary E- portfolios can:  Meet the needs of learners, employers and training providers irrespective of sector or award. E-portfolios are:  Easy to use and intuitive. Requiring minimum training allowing everyone to adopt the system quickly with the minimum of disruption to their organisation.  Flexible being used anywhere at a time that suits the learners, assessors and verifiers both on and off line. E-portfolios will:  Assist and Enhance Time Management of Learners, Assessors and Verifiers.  Reduced Travel and Costs to SAM Training.  Increase Learner, Assessor and Verifier Motivation.  Increase SAM Training Productivity.  Faster Completions by Learners.  LEAD TO INCREASED PROFITS.
