P- 3005 Construct VQ, Andrews AFB: Construct a 13,174 SM (141,752 SF) new four story Visiting Quarters (VQ) facility with 265 guest rooms and support spaces. P-519 Academic Instruction Facility – SNCO, MCB-Quantico: Design/Construct an 2,446 SM (26,329 SF) new multi-story Georgian-style building to accommodate up to 300 staff-noncommissioned officers and to provide them with lecture classrooms, discussion classrooms, an electronic classroom, a simulation lab and administrative spaces. P-339 National Maritime Intel Center (NMIC), NSA Wash – Suitland: Design/Construct an18,438 SM (198,465 SF) addition to the existing NMIC to house additional personnel in support of the increased mission of the Office of the Naval Intelligence and its sub-tenants. P-370 Student Quarters - TBS (Phase 1), MCB-Quantico: Design/Construct an 8,572 SM (92,268 SF) multi-story Georgian-style building to provide housing for 250 officers undergoing initial training at the Basic School. Building provides 250 rooms in the 1+1 E room configuration (125 modules) with semi-private bathrooms and walk-in closets and support spaces. Demolish G wing an 2,880 SM (31,046 SF) of an existing barrack, Building 24165. NAVFAC WASHINGTON 05 December 06

P-306 Electro Magnetic Launch RDT&E Facility, NSA SP – Dahlgren: Design/Construct an 1,276 SM (13,742 SF) single-story pre-engineered building addition to existing building 1410 including a 9600 SF high-bay area and 4000 SF technical support area. P-156 E-2 Advanced Hawkeye RDT&E Facility, NAS Patuxent River: Design/Construct an 3,017 SM (32,473 SF) multi-story secure facility including engineering workspace, secure aircraft data laboratory, engineering analysis workstations, etc. Also, this project will include the demolition of 7 small buildings and the disposal of 18 MILVAN units. P-558 Aircraft Prototype Facility, NAS Patuxent River: This project is phase 1 of a 3 phase effort to design/construct an 3,730 SM (40,149 SF) secure multi-story Aircraft Prototype Facility. Phase 1 will include two modified type II hangers with parking apron and taxi way, a secured video teleconference center, a test control center and a SCIF laboratory, shop and support spaces. P-977 Aircraft Navigation Equipment Laboratory, NAS Patuxent River: Design/Construct an1,902 SM (20,472 SF) single-story addition to existing buildings 2110 and 2122 to provide space to support new mission requirements for the Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) testing, development and fleet support activities. P-110 General warehouse and ISB Facility, MCB-Quantico: Design/Construct an 325 SM (3,498 SF) new warehouse facility at Camp Upshur and provide tactical parking for 41 combat vehicles. P-545 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ)-MSGBN, MCB- Quantico: Construct 6,004 SM (64,627 SF) secure multi-story Georgian–style BEQ to house 280 Marines. Building shall consists of 140 rooms in the standard 2+0 room configuration (70 Module) with semi private bathrooms and walk-in closets and support spaces. NAVFAC WASHINGTON 05 December 06

The Facilities will include SCIF areas throughout, TV studios and control rooms, and video viewing rooms. Site improvements include parking spaces for 3,900 vehicles, and other associated site work.
