WHO WE ARE Future Business Leaders of America is a nationwide network of over a quarter of a million business student leaders. Everyday, our organization continues to globally expand! South Carolina FBLA is one of the original first five chapters chartered. We are the premier business student organization preparing students for careers in leadership and business related fields! South Carolina FBLA members and advisers, “Ignite Your Inner Hero!”

Our History In1996, the SC Department of Education gave control of FBLA to the SC FBLA Board of Directors and the SC FBLA Executive Council In 1947, Greenville High School chartered the first chapter in South Carolina In 1937, Hamden L. Forkner proposes the concept of FBLA to business teachers In 1949, South Carolina FBLA is given an official state charter from FBLA-PBL , Inc.

COMMUNITY SERVICE Local chapters serve the community by Food Banks Animal Shelters Habitat for Humanity Nursing Homes Adopt-A-Highway Shriners Hospital for Children: Bear Cub Project Participate in SC FBLA’s biggest service project by donating Build-a-Bears to be given to the children at Shriners Hospital for Children! Donations are collected at the State Leadership Conference!
March of Dimes March of Dimes is the FBLA national service partner DID YOU KNOW…that in the United States 1 in 9 babies is born prematurely? March of Dimes is the FBLA national service partner The MOD Mission is to help make sure every baby is born strong and healthy while bringing awareness and support for premature babies. At the 2015 NLC, FBLA-PBL announced that we have raised a total of over $500,000 for March of Dimes! Local and state chapters conduct fundraisers to show their support for March of Dimes! FBLA-PBL, Inc. has raised over $15 million for this great charity! Get involve and join the movement!
