After the Customer Registers as a Preferred Customer, they are automatically enrolled as a SHOP TRACKER member and they will see a PROGRESS BAR on the Home Page which displays how many POINTS they have earned.

Hovering over the Progress Bar raises a small indicator to let customer know how close they are to earning their next £40 commission

 As customers shop they will earn POINTS on all products that display the SHOP TRACKER symbol When they accrue enough SHOP POINTS they earn generous reward commissions

 Customer points will be automatically placed in two POINTS banks, on Customers left and right alternately.  Points will accrue until SHOP TRACKER reward payment level is reached.  When a Customer refers other Customers they will be attached in the computer and all purchases of the referral customers will be tracked and credited to both the paying customer and the original customer who referred them.

Shop Tracker PROGRESS BAR on the Home Page will let the customer see how many Points they have earned If Customer clicks the Progress Bar they go to a detail page that indicates how many more Points they need to earn to qualify for a £40 commission

When the Customer accrues: Each time the Customer qualifies for a commission and earns £40, their POINTS banks reset and they repeat the process. The more customers they refer, and the more shopping they do, the faster they can complete the reward cycle. NOTE: POINTS accrue for 730 days

When Customer qualifies for a £40 commission the Progress Bar changes to “Redeem Cash now” Progress Bar resets as soon as a commission is earned and a new Progress Bar begins accruing Points

When a reward level has been reached, customer clicks “Redeem for Cash Now” and enters their banking information, which results in a direct deposit of their reward commission

What happens to my customers that signed up as Preferred Customers before the Shop Tracker programme started? All of your existing Preferred Customers will be placed in your Customer Waiting Room Q A

In what order do I start placing customers in my customer network? Before you have placed your very first customer, if you have more than one customer in your Waiting Room, you choose which customer will be your “Apex” customer. All other customers will be placed below your Apex customer on the left and right. Q A

How will I know when a new customer registers? Each time a customer registers on your SHOP.COM website you will receive an and an alert, informing you that a new customer has registered and is in your Waiting Room. Q A

Once a customer registers and enters the Waiting Room, how long do I have to place the new customer into my customer network? You have 7 days to place a new customer. If the customer is not placed by you within 7 days, an auto-placement tool will place the customer in the next available position under the referring customer. Q A

How can I be sure that I am placing a Waiting Room customer under the Customer that referred them? The system is programmed to ensure all customers are placed below the customer that referred them, on the left or right. If you attempt to place a customer anywhere other than a position under the customer that referred them, the system will disallow the placement and you will see an error message. Q A

Can I have more than one customer network? No, you have one customer network, with one Apex Customer at the top. All others fall below the Apex customer, to the left or right. Q A Will customers “Purge” or “Flush” if they have no activity? No, customers are not required to make purchases or meet additional requirements in order to earn commissions on the Points they accrue. Q A

Do I have “tools” to assist me in placing new customers into my customer network? Yes, you will have several tools, and reports in your back office for customer placement. Will customer be able to see how many Points they have in their left and right banks? No. Customers will be able to see how many total Points they have, and how many more Points they need to qualify for a commission? Q A Do customers receive Points from purchase of all products on SHOP.COM? No. Products that carry Points will have the SHOP TRACKER symbol clearly displayed next to the product description as well as the Point Value? Q A

How are the customers Points placed into their left and right bank? Do customers have control of this, can they manually place Points on their left or right? Points from their personal purchases are auto- placed alternately in the left and right bank. Points earned by customers in their customer network accrue the same way UnFranchise® Owner BV and IBV points accrue, by flowing up and counting for all the Customer Points banks they pass on the way up. How long do Points accrue in Customer Point bank? 730 days. Q A When a customer reaches 300 Points on left and right and earns a £40 reward commission, when do their Points reset and new reward cycle begin? Points reset, and a new rewards cycle begins, the day after banks qualify for reward payment by reaching 300 Points on left and right. Q A
