The IISCPR Project  IISCPR project is part of a 15 years program of the Bulgarian Government to create cadastre and property register for the entire country in digital format  The program makes use of World Bank loans  IISCPR goals to develop and integrate 3 subsystems  Information subsystem of Cadastre register ( for 28 Cadastre Offices, on district base); decentralized system  Information subsystem of Property register( for 113 Property Register Offices, on court region base); centralized system  One-Stop-Shop – web application providing internet access to cadastral and property data for professional users and citizens EibenbergerPage 2 © Siemens AG All rights reserved.
