You are a Loan Professional, the FSBO WANTS to hear from you as they have little to no clue how to get someone mortgage qualified

By providing tools to the FSBO seller and developing rapport as a person who can help them with selling your home, you become who they turn to for that help. 62% of the FSBO sellers you speak with will need the professional help of a Real Estate Agent eventually.
