General Fundamental Rules A Gentleman –Says Please and Thank You –Does not belittle the beliefs of others –Always carries a handkerchief –Never allows the door to slam in someone’s face –NEVER makes jokes about race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation

Table Etiquette Leave the phone alone at the table Allow the lady to lift her fork before you eat Do not stack plates at the end of a meal Keep your mouth shut if it has food The dinner table is not the debate floor Pull your ladies seat out for her Never smoke while eating
