Getting information about jobs timely No consistent way of doing the work No Common Goals We aren’t using supplies effectively No consistent place we order supplies from We aren’t doing sales and marketing 1 Driver – supervisors have to make deliveries Bogged down with project management

Current IT System not maintained correctly Technology is inefficient Roles and Responsibilities arent clearly defined Roles aren’t clear – lots of disorganization

Very inconsistent processes Critical job information is received many different ways Goals are to bring job in under budget at highest margins Get as many jobs at best possible margin

Major silos – we miss out on opportunities as a result Lots of complaining/n ot supporting each other We don’t feel safe – no trust We aren’t automated – no standardized processes

Work Together Good/Open communication - Everyone understands expectation and follows Everyone knows their role and is measured against big picture We all have more input into how work gets done Teamwork -working for good of company and customer Improved technology and processes
