Create a purpose statement through a Missions/Evangelism Committee. 3. Learn about the people in the community of the church. 4. Identify who will help you reach them.

5.Determine how to reach them. Develop a yearly evangelism calendar. Develop prospect files. Set yearly baptism goals to get to 1:10 Create or renew weekly outreach and visitation. 6.Remain focused on the gospel message. 7.Provide ongoing schools of prayer and evangelistic ministries. 8.Communicate. 9.Perform yearly analysis and change.
