Background Information Introductions of your Current Board Steering Committee had its first meeting in March, 2006 and the association was officially founded in September, MLA is now 5 years old with 109 members Formed partnerships with: –Citizens/property owners (Lakeshore Res,etc) –Watershed District (Citizens Adv- Main $ Source) –City of Eden Prairie (Edu./Rain Gardens) –Dept. of Nat Res (Grants/Reclassification)

Background Information Set an overall goal to achieve a grade level of B from a current grade of D+ as determined by the Met Council in ten years Key components that determines the grade: –Levels of Phosphorous –Levels of Chlorophyll –Sechie Disk (water clarity)
