New Tools and Policies for Mission Effectiveness Cristina Duranti - Mission Development Office Report to Congregational Chapter - June

Questions for the Chapter Cristina Duranti - Mission Development Office - Report to Congregational Chapter - June Global challenges require a strong global «corporate» response, articulated with a strong «single» voice. Are we, sisters and mission partners, ready to risk for mission by developing «corporate» cross-border programs in response to issues like migrations, human trafficking, natural disasters, climate change and growing inequalities? 2.Human rights and development programs require increasingly sophisticated management and advocacy skills. How can we, sisters, mission partners, and congregational offices, «work together» to «raise the bar» of mission effectiveness?

Whatever response the Chapter will offer to these challenges, the MDO network will do its best to implement them with the support of a highly qualified international board and a very committed staff, and with a true heart for mission. 30
