We ensure proper sampling of coal by qualified representatives as per ISI specifications at the loading point for bulk consumers. Sampling are done through SGS LABS, SPECTRO ANALYTICALS LABS, SHRIRAM LABS and deliver the optimum quality of allocated Coal. We ensure the safe and quality receipt of the order to the client through our dedicated shipping and logistic partners meeting Clients standards and delivery deadlines. We will also ensure a buffer stock in our warehouse managing any unseen events. Once the vessel has arrived at ports, we intend to provide all the inland handling services like berthing of vessel at port, unloading of cargo, arranging for plot, storage, handling of cargo at stack yard, arranging for trucks/ rakes, loading into trucks/ rakes for onward transportation and delivery to the destination based on the customer’s requirement. Our change management system ensures our entire supply chain responding to any surges in our clients demand or any improvement by a feedback system. We intend to take complete responsibility of clearing and forwarding activities for our key customers. We have tie-ups with reputed Clearing & forwarding Agents.
