Recipients Responsible for Designating Equal Opportunity Officers  State Workforce Agencies  Job Corps Contractors & Centers  Local Workforce Investment Areas  National Grantees (Older Workers, Indian & Native American, Migrant & Seasonal Farmworkers, and Discretionary Grantees )

Regulations Requiring the Designation Equal Opportunity Officers WIA Recipients:  WIA (29 CFR Part 37), Title VI (29 CFR Part 31), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 CFR Part 32) Non-WIA Recipients:  Title VI (29 CFR Part 31), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 CFR Part 32)
