International Academic Program implemented within the resources of several universities located in different countries contains cross-cultural and intercultural components aimed at improving and complementing the whole process of training, improving the quality and the competitive advantages of a specialist in the labor market by a wide range of additional services includes provisions for the recognition of prior education, harmonizing curricular in different countries and accreditation of final degree certificates

Project objectives finalize plans for a new Specialization in Public Health at NovSU develop at least six new or revised Public Health courses at each university initiate a collaborative Summer Institute on Epidemiology, Prevention and Public Health at NovSU facilitate student and faculty exchanges between UMA and NovSU complete a feasibility study on establishing a dual NovSU/UMA graduate degree program in Public Health that includes the use of long-distance and blended learning technologies publish a multi-author text book in Russian on Public Health
