Internet and digital technology has changed people to learn. Learning resources are no more static and scarce, but adaptable and available widely, allowing educational institutions, educators, and learners to participate actively in the global knowledge exchange through Open Learning Resources (OER). 2 Introduction

The Open University of Indonesia (UT) as the only distance education in Indonesia tries to give special attention in the development OER online in order to reach out to all students and people. UT offered about 1,000 courses through 29 study programs and has students spread all over Indonesia. 79,90% of then students are student teachers, included student teachers in educational physics study program (2012). This article wishes to describe how online tutorial could in a meaningful ways integrate all of these forms of OERs.. 3 Introduction (b)

This article wishes to describe how online tutorial could in a meaningful ways integrate all of these forms of OERs. 4 Introduction (c)

 Open Educational Resources(OER) is teaching, learning, or research materials that are in the public domain or released with an intellectual property license that allows for free use, adaptation, and distribution (UNESCO 2012).  OER refers to: educational resources that are freely available to be used by educators and learners, without an accompanying to pay royalties or licensee fees (Neil Butcher)  OER is all the learning resources that can be accessed freely for everyone, wherever, whenever by using the internet. 5 OER in Universitas Terbuka

 ITV-UT,  Journal Online,  Learning Object Material,  Open Courseware,  Virtual Reading Room, and  Online Smart Teacher (GPO = Guru Pintar Online)  ITV-UT,  Journal Online,  Learning Object Material,  Open Courseware,  Virtual Reading Room, and  Online Smart Teacher (GPO = Guru Pintar Online) 6 OER in Universitas Terbuka (b) SUAKA-UT (Sumber pembelajaran terbuka-Universitas Terbuka) SUAKA-UT (Sumber pembelajaran terbuka-Universitas Terbuka)

 Online Tutorials is a learning support services for students of UT based on Internet systems and provided by tutors.  In learning process, the students follow the schedule, learn the materials, and do the assignments through the Internet, which could have contributed 50% towards to the final grade.  Online Tutorials are implemented in all regional of faces of UT (37 Unit of offices Distance Learning Programs = UPBJJ) 7 Online Tutorial in Universitas Terbuka

 In the first semester of 2013, educational physics study program offer online tutorial 29 courses.  One of SUAKA-UT (OER from UT) that can integrate in Fundamental of Physics OT is Free Fall Motion Due to Earth's gravity from Guru Pintar Online 8 Integrating OERs in Online Tutorial

9 Integrating OERs in Online Tutorial (c) Figure 1. The First Week of Fundamental of Physics of Online Tutorial (OT)

10 Integrating OERs in Online Tutorial (b) OER from GPO was integrating in Fundamental of Physics of Online Tutorial

Integration of OER in the Online Tutorial (OT) has been done in the course of physics education courses and has brought changes to the understanding of the material in OT. During this time, the material in the OT was made by a simple with the OT tutor. However, by integrating OER, expected student can easily grasp the concept of material. 11 Integrating OERs in Online Tutorial

The Open Educational Resources (OER) of Universitas Terbuka calls open-source learning Open University (SUAKA-UT). Instructional materials in physics education courses are expected to meet the ability to analyze concepts, solve problem found in daily life, and at the same time to make learning be fun. The topic covers OCW material such as Electric Magnet, Coulombs law, Ohm’s Law, Oersted, Biot Savart and Lorentz force, ITV -UT such as mechanical waves, GPO’s experiments in Newton’s laws, Longitudinal Waves, Bernoulli, and Fluid as well as takes advantage of VRS and OJ. 12 Conclusion
