 Green foods help with oxygen.  Red food stop cancer and stops warts cells  Orange food night vision and its rich in beta keratin.  Yellow food helps with circulation and immune system.  White food reduces blood pressure and LDL cholesterol  Blue and purple food helps Antioxidants to help stop aging.

 Sugar takes away the vitamins in your blood and in your body.  Sugar feeds cancer cells.  Sugar also promotes premature aging.

 It increases the percentages of weight gains  It creates people to be diagnose with more different diseases.  It creates skin problems and lost of eye sights.

 Different sugars causes panic in our bodies.  Causes your body to slow down  It also causes your heart to pump slower which causes you to breathe harder.

 A healthy sweetener is Agave nectar which is from a cactus.  It grows in the desert and produces a sweet nectar.  Another is Stevia which is made from a plant that looks like a flower.  Another is Honey which is made from bees that collect nectars from the flowers.  Blackstrap Molasses which is made from a sugar cane plant.

 It keeps chemical from air,water,soils,and our bodies.  Protects future generations of people and things,  It also builds healthy soils.

 Assists family farmers of all sizes.  Knowing that you can eat anywhere where you won’t get sick.  Lastly it promotes biodiversity.

 We learned eating organic foods helps you to live longer and to feel better at the end of the day knowing that you are not at risk for diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, or cancer.
