Select team for Moby Max pilot Goal: Implement the use of the online curriculum supplement, Moby Max http://www.mobymax.com/ as a replacement for the program Study Island for our 1,500 K-8 virtual students. Program includes math and fluency facts, writing, reading, language, and vocabulary, placement tests, and progress monitoring. Individual teacher license for $79 or entire school for $500. Using the program will raise student achievement as shown in state test scores. Share analysis with admin. Participants Help to succeed Help to fail Administration who embraces change will back the venture. Teachers who embrace change should be chosen for the pilot team. They will make the change happen as smoothly as possible. Their natural enthusiasm will motivate other teachers to come on board the following year. Their passion for change will help sell families on the new program. Administration who doesn’t want to try something new. Teachers that don’t want to try something new. Families that don’t want to try something new. Pilot team members that don’t buy in or don’t learn to use the program effectively.
