Medieval capitalization Capitalization. "Middle Ages" is capitalized, but "medieval" is not. Source: ns.htm ns.htm Do not capitalize “medieval” as an adjective, but do if replacing it as the time period (Middle Ages)

He is a medieval writer. He wrote during the Medieval times.

Other "Church" is generally lowercased, unless it is part of the official name of a denomination or building, or unless it refers to the universal Church. "Bible" is capitalized, but "biblical" is not.
