Why Use A Personal Trainer? We can constantly evaluate, motivate and give you accurate, correct advice to help you surpass the goals that you want to achieve. Having a Personal Trainer is a very effective tool in getting your training routine consistent. If you know your trainer is waiting for you, you cannot talk yourself out of going!! Knowing there is extra support from a professional who really cares about your well-being, gives you added motivation to try even harder. We are here to show you that you CAN, even when sometimes, all you feel is; I CAN’T.

I Don’t Think I Can Afford It... Contrary to popular belief, we do not believe in seeing you every time you want to work-out. Having a fitness professional evaluate your progress can be done as irregular as once every 6-8 weeks! We like to keep a close eye on all our clients, but we also expect you to use your OWN motivation and get used to exercising, under your own steam!! Seeing a Personal Trainer once every two weeks is much cheaper than smoking 3 cigarettes a day. Cutting out drinking in the local pub for one night every week, will more than cover you FOUR to have FOUR personal training sessions a month!!

But I have Other Things To Spend My Money On... Of course we understand that you will have many financial commitments and bills to pay, but it all boils down to what you choose to spend your money on. Sometimes in life, there are some difficult questions to face up to... What is more important?: To spend any left over money on poisons that turn your healthy internal organs from... THIS... TO THIS... ( alcohol abuse )

Love Life personal trainers are here to help and encourage YOU, whatever your goals may be, whatever your spare time allows and especially whatever your current fitness levels are. Here at Love Life, we just want to see you succeed.

How will you monitor my progress? Regular fitness testing is done, to ensure that you are progressing and achieving the goals that have been set between you and your trainer. Communication during your sessions is very much a two-way process. We always ask for feedback at the end of every session, to ensure your training is kept fresh and fun. We favour monitoring your body’s dimensions, rather than constantly looking at just overall weight. We also evaluate your body composition. Lighter on the scales, does not always mean you are a healthier person. We also ask for a food & lifestyle diary to be kept wherever possible. This ensures your trainer is getting an accurate picture of your WHOLE lifestyle, so any improvements can be discussed.

I am interested, but I am not keen on the idea of people staring at me in the gym.. Although a gym or fitness club is thought of as the main place to do exercise, Love Life Personal Trainers are a lot more versatile, using a variety of different training methods and locations for you to work out. We can train you at your home.. Use exclusive private estates.. Or when you have locations like this on our doorstep....
