AGENDA - PARENT INFORMATION NIGHT Welcome – Comments – David Skigekane - District Coach Associates in Family Medicine Contents of Information Packet – Andrea Purdy Boosters 1) Margaritaville – February 22. Wine Cellar Committee - Bonnie Jouard, Carrie Hintzman, Chad Rock. Silent Auction – Christine Winkler and company- great packages, tickets for chances for smaller packages. Gambling prizes – Colorado Casino Nights Cost - $25 per person before - $30 day of event Players can volunteer to set up and take down. 2) KS Cards 5% 3) Face Off Dinner – March 5 – 6:00 4) Program – Chair: Christine Winkler - Money raised from Program Ads go to Scholarships for Youth ad HS. 5) Viper Pride Day & Senior Night – Chairs - Craig and Penny Stuart 6) Team Parents - Varsity – JV1 & 2 - C Team These parents will organize the Team Dinners, help with team photos and assist coaches as needed. 7) Photos for the team and individual will be March 2 at Qdoba Event Center. Skillmans will be taking photos. Need parents to help out with this as well as the Youth Photos. 8) Candid Photos – Steve Jouard, Andrea Purdy – any other parents want to help with this? 9) Awards Night after season ends – Chair - ???? 10) Retail Sales – Chris DeRock 11) Final Comments – Player, Coach and Parent Expectations sheets signed by first day of practice.

All Registration Must Be Completed by February 22, 2013 on Payment may be made by credit card online OR by completing the Registration Page and selecting “Mail Check” Option. Checks should be mailed to: Fort Collins Lacrosse High School Registration P.O. Box Fort Collins, CO Registration Fee - $550 PSD Athletic fee - $100 Mini Camp: Feb A highly recommended camp on Wed Feb 20th, Thurs 21st, and Fri 22nd. Cost is $20. All players urged to attend but not mandatory. Soph, Juniors, Seniors - Fossil Ridge from 4pm to 5:45pm Freshman - Preston Middle School 4pm to 5:45p There will be no refunds after teams are set on February 26, Players must have their HS Permission to Practice Cards and have paid ALL Organization and PSD Fees before being allowed to attend practice – February 25.

FCYL will offer a limited number of scholarships for the 2013 Spring Season. If you would like to be considered, please KEEP CHECKING THE FXLAX.COM WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE APPPLICATION PROCEDURES. All Requests will be confidential. High school APPLICATIONS must be received by February 15, Scholarships do not apply to the High School Trip.
