TUC Education Introduction to Continuing Safety Rep Development (CSRD)

Continuing safety rep development (CSRD) – an introduction CSRD involves safety reps in maintaining, improving and widening your knowledge, skills and experience. This development process continues throughout the period that you are a safety rep.

Example of CSRD during a TUC course... During any TUC health and safety course you will be encouraged to assess and then develop your own knowledge, skills and experience as an integral part of the course Take Stage 1 as an example…..
