Features: Office Status The Office Status screen makes your organization work better by seeing the status and availability of the entire workforce front-and-center. Employees can now stop wasting valuable time hunting down their colleagues. Office Status facilitates labor routing decisions, eliminates uncertainty, and streamlines office communications. The status of each employee is shown in color-coded form, along with key timings, their In and Out date and time, status comments, and other important information. Instantly know who's in, out, on leave, and much more. Employee status and availability listings can be filtered by company and location. So from this screen you will get the whole status of an office for current date. User can search one particular employee from a list Used for filter some employees in particular company and location.

Features: Shift Definition The ARS application is designed to operate with all common work shifts, from basic day shift up to rotating three shifts per day. From this screen you can define your shift and that shift you can allocate to your appropriate employee. This will manage all timing calculation according to shift for that employee. We covered most of the possibility for shift in this screen. If some possibility is missing then also we are ready to enhance this function. This screen is also very easy to operate.

Features: Historical Report The Historical Report function is very advance function in ARS application. From single screen you can generate different types of reports which contains important and necessary information. Historical Report  Attendance  Muster Summary  Muster Detail  Leave Status  Employee Availability All reports support printing, and exporting to multiple file formats. Reports are available from within the Windows and web user interfaces.

Features: Error Correction ARS is designed to minimize the no of errors but in some cases it occurs. ARS comes with easy to use Error Correction feature. Error Correction Screen provides easy way to correct the errors. It shows the day in graphical form. You can see Buffer time before shift start Allocated Shift Buffer time after shift end Logged In times

Features: Temporary Shift Allocation You can allocate temporary shift to the employee directly from the Error Correction Screen. Just click on “Allocate Temporary Shift” for allocate temporary shift on that day. You can see available shift and shift timings for that day.

Feature: Task Booking The Task Booking Screen is for those companies who want to keep track of how much time their employees spend on certain tasks or projects. Those employees have to divide their total worked time of a day into different tasks he was working on. The ARS application will give an overview on daily, monthly and yearly basis of where their employees spend their time. This can be reviewed on employee basis or project / task basis.

Optional: Biometric Device ARS can be used as independent application for all the features which we have seen in this presentation. As an addition to our application we offer a Biometric device. The Biometric device can be used by the employees to easily login and logout. So many company are already using the Biometric device, it may also possible to integrate in this application with those devices easily. This application is develop in a proper manner so in future we can integrate many type of Biometric devices.
