 Change is a process and not a one-time event  It takes about 30 days to develop a habit – What can you do for at least 5 minutes each for the next 30 days towards this goal?  Set-backs can be expected. Establish small goals and gradually work towards bigger and harder to achieve goals.  Situate yourself – where have you been? Where are you? Where do you want to go? 27
