Accreditation package The DH have developed an online accreditation package via supply2health It is on line- you have to complete most boxes. There are two main parts Most of Part 1 is yes - no answers.

Accreditation and Qualified Applicants are accredited They will be join a national directory managed for the DH- (annual checks) Once all the contract has been completed and signed off- you become qualified and then join the ‘Choose and book scheme’.
