Purpose Pursuant to Education Code Pursuant to Education Code –Before surplus real property is sold (or leased) the governing board must appoint a district advisory committee to advise the governing board on the disposition of such property –On the recommendation of the advisory committee the Governing Board may pass a Resolution of Intention to dispose (lease) of real property
