Director The Director is responsible for the look, sound and emotional impact of the film, They assemble the cast and crew of hundreds to help. They direct the action of the actors, consult with the wardrobe, effects, lights, grip, art, sound and locations department heads with the help of the director of photography places the camera in various positions to shoot scenes that will eventually be edited into a complete motion picture.

Tim Burton Tim Burton is notorious for his “Nightmare before Christmas” film, He has been nominated for an Oscar, and has had 8 award winnings as well as 23 nominations. On Entertainment Weekly he was voted #49 Greatest Director being the youngest person on the list.

Assistant Director An assistant Director makes sure everything runs smoothly and on time as well as liaison between the director and the rest of the crew

Movie Extra’s A movie extra is a person who is casted in a movie or t.v show and doesn’t have a speaking role. They are also known as a background extra.

Brandon Carroll Jeremy 3 Brandon was born June 21, 1981 in Scottsdale Arizona. Then he moved to to Eufaula Alabama and started participating in school plays and church plays. He was a extra in “Big Fish”, “The Fighting Temptations”, “Sweet Home Alabama” and many others.

Screen Play Writer The screen play writer is the person who wrote the movie over the book. Meaning this person writes the story line after the book has been written. Then creates the movie.

John August John August was born August 4 1970 in Bolder Colorado. He earned a degree in journalism at the Drake University in Iowa, and on in film at the University from Southern Colorado. John is married and has a daughter. He has gotten credit for “Go”, “Big Fish”,”Charlie's Angels”1 and 2. His current projects are the “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”, “Tarzan” and ”The Corpse Bride”.

Set Dresser A set dresser is the people who decorate the scenes/sets with rugs, lamps, artwork, this person also supervises the other set decorator or art director.

Nancy Haigh Nancy Haigh was the set dresser for Big Fish. Some other movie’s she was the set director for was Burn After Reading (2008), Charlie Wilson's War (2007), No Country for Old Men (2007), Dreamgirls (2006), Ask the Dust (2006), Jarhead (2005), aka Jarhead - Willkommen im Dreck (Germany), The Ladykillers (2004).

Producer The Producer I the backbone of the film, they oversee all aspects of the production of the film. They decide the director, script, cast ect. They ultimately make the film.

Bruce Cohen He is the owner of Jinks-Cohen Productions He has won an Academy Award in 1999 for Best Picture for “American Beauty” He as also had 4 other award winnings and 2 nominations

Production Manager The Production Manager makes sure everything runs on time, as well has makes everything run smoothly

Debra James Debra James was the Production Manager for “Big Fish” She has worked on other features such as “The Matrix Reloaded” “The House Bunny”

Production Designer Person who, in conjunction with the art director is responsible for the entire visual look of a film, and makes decisions about set decoration; props, make-up and wardrobe in the preproduction phase and supervise these elements during shooting

Dennis Grassner Denis Grasser has won Best Art Direction Set Decoration for “Bugsy” He was also nominated for 3 other Oscars and has worked as such classic movies as “O’ Brother Where Art Thou?”
