Overview 현 생산중인 금형의 복제금형을 해외생산을 위해 재제작 시 Try out 등의 수사상 작업이 이미 완료된 완성제품을 3D Scanner 장비를 이용, Scanning 함으로써 제작상의 수사상 정보를 기계가공 시 미리 반영함으로써, 금형제작 납기단축 및 완성 M/H 감소를 목적으로 함. 2. GMDAT TOOLING CENTER DIE TEAM A.4) 3D SCANNER 를 이용한 REVERSE ENGINEERING APPLICATION 5. 결과 및 분석 (1) - M150 Wulling Fender Scanning 결과 및 Data 분석 : Draw 공정 및 OP30, OP40 에서 수사상에 의한 가형상 및 Flange line 등의 변화가 없어 OP20 의 Trim Line 만을 추출한 후 NC 적용 및 가공 - Scan Data 로부터 프로파일 가공용 2D Curve 를 추출하면서 Control Point 의 수를 적게 할당하여 실 제 금형의 프로파일 라인과 다른 경향을 보임.

GMDAT TOOLING CENTER DIE TEAM A.5) 3D SCANNER 를 이용한 REVERSE ENGINEERING APPLICATION 5. 결과 및 분석 (2) - J200 SGM WG Side OTR OP10 Scanning 결과 및 Data 분석 : Control Point 수를 너무 적게 설정하여 Surface 처리를 함으로써 가공면이 고르지 못한 결과를 보 임 또한 Scan Data 로부터 만든 Surface 를 기존 Cad 와 겹치는 과정에서 단차 발생함.
