National Concil of Emergency Relief and Rehabilitation Contribution It is the coordinating body for disaster prevention, management of emergency relief and rehabilitation. As such, it is responsible for: provide advocacy, mobilization and support for the prevention and management of emergency relief and rehabilitation ; ensure the integration of disaster risk in development plans and programs. 4

5 Water resource Office Contribution Elaborate, develop and promote the national level, monitoring tools and information system and monitoring of water data ; Monitor and support the development of regional and international cooperation in the fields of education and information on the water ; Develop and optimize data collection networks ; Centralize and treat water resources data, usage and associated settings; Manage the database on water resources, uses and associated environments, including to ensure regular updating of data; Manage and lead the National Documentation Centre on the water ; Disseminate information on water resources, uses and associated areas, in consultation with the concerned departments and services ; Monitor and supervise the studies, infrastructure, work and activities related to the mobilization of surface water resources.

10 National Observatory for Environment and Sustainable Development Contribution The main objective of the ONEDD is to collect and process environmental information available in the country to promote and disseminate the form of indicators, data and metadata. The specific objectives are: ensure monitoring and evaluation of activities related to the implementation of the three Rio conventions on the fight against desertification, climate change and biodiversity; to monitor relevant indicators of pressure, state, impact and response to the environment and sustainable development; to provide an interface between the Observatory indicators and those of the national monitoring and evaluation system for sustainable land management through performance indicators and results; to ensure the management of data and metadata bases, including spatial reference, covering the fields of environment and sustainable development; ensure the harmonization of methods, norms and standards for the collection and processing of environmental information; ensure the formatting of indicators and results with regular updating dashboards and dissemination in the form of information available on a web portal.
