8 Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Expeditionary Equipment As the Navy's sole warfare center focused on facilities and expeditionary forces, the command conducts a wide range of research and development efforts in shore infrastructure, ocean facilities, energy, the environment, and land based Navy forces; performs specialty facilities construction and repair; and acquires and supports expeditionary equipment.
