Mr Mihai TALOS Accidental trauma to chin with power saw. Fractured mandible and divided marginal mandibular branch Repair of mandible and primary neurorrhaphy. Incidental finding of right submental mass

Mr Mihai TALOS Never Smoker No other significant medical history Examination findings: No intra oral lesions Right marginal nerve palsy 3x3cm mobile mass submental triangle
