Questions Customers may ask… For AIO Q: Can I measure current using your card? A: Most DAQ card can accept voltage only. 1. USB-4718 can measure current directly. (sampling rate is 10 Sample/second) 2. A: The basic unit to configure input/output is port (8 channels). You can configure each port as input/output. But the direction of all channels in one port need to be the same. (Currently only support DIO function) Q: I don’t want to write any program, can I use your HW? A: We have one software called Data Logger. If its functionality can satisfy you, you can simply use this software directly (without any programming)

Questions Customers may ask… For Accessory Q: Can I use cable or terminal block from other company? A: Yes, we provide pin-assignment information. So you can use your or third-party cable/terminal block. But, we suggest us because we will guarantee it. Q: Do you provide shielded cable? A: Yes, we provide SCSI cable which is shielded.
