Lessons Learned: Ideal Agile Project Characteristics Entire team trained (CSM); everyone on same page (including vendors) Business sponsor trained (PO); understands time requirements Leadership on board, sets expectations, executive buy in, governance board Projects in trouble can be revived using agile Show by doing – use agile for meetings and walk throughs (expose and convince) Coaching is critical – objective third party to address blockers and reinforce training 4
