Customer Centric You put your customers 1 st, and so does H2OS Easy to find (and add) customer records Single click commands to schedule a job, send an note, etc. for the currently selected customer Rules can be used to highlight special information about customers Audit trails store historical record of changes to customer and job records

Customer information Customer records store customer names & addresses, telephone numbers, notes, photos and customer status Additionally, customer records store information specific to your business; such as customer prices, job site info, zones info, backflow devices and inspection results. Customer record format can be extended to include new fields Customer addresses can be USPS standardized (ZIP4 codes added) Contact records can be used to track store and track customer contacts requiring follow-ups

Maps H2OS can access Microsoft Virtual Earth mapping service to obtain detailed street maps and topographical views of work locations Zoom in or out Print A map can be saved with a customer’s record Saved maps can be printed with customer job tickets

Customer photos Store any number of photos with your customer records Great for recalling and discussing complex installations and for simply remembering jobsite details at a later date.

Finding a customer Search on 1st characters of last name (see example on left), or Last 4 digits of phone #, or (partial) address, or Scan the barcode printed on job tickets

Customer Status Uses rules to examine and report on a variety of conditions related to this customer Shows service dates Shows “Always call ahead” and “No Service” checkboxes

Customer job history Shows complete job history for the current customer For details, double-click a row Click Tools for facilities to browse and work with this customer’s jobs

The Jobs Schedule Shows 1 row for each day in the currently selected period Click a row for daily job details Helps group jobs by areas, towns, and employees Prints job tickets with all needed job data, with summary Date blocking, holidays (color coded) Has commands to access job schedule related screens

Job Scheduling – add a job Click the JOB command to schedule a job Pre-fills with the job ticket with current customer info Select or confirm the Job Type and Brief Description If needed, add information to the DETAILS section Click SAVE (or SAVE RECURRING, see recurring jobs)recurring jobs H2OS keeps a history of changes to job records.

Job Scheduling – recurring jobs Use this screen to schedule a series of jobs for a customer (1 ticket for each job). Click the JOBS command or SAVE RECURRING on the job entry screen to schedule a recurring job Operator selects the job type, frequency of scheduling, starting date, and the number of jobs to be scheduled or ending date Rules are used for optional scheduling on weekends, holidays and blocked dates Rules are used for preserving day of week scheduling and whether the end date can be extended to fulfill the number of jobs entered.

Job Tickets Printed Job tickets are formatted to be easy to read and to contain all information needed by your service person Estimate worksheets, maps and photos can be printed with tickets Job tickets close-out process helps ensure that all jobs are completed and accounted for Complete job history is kept for each customer that can be searched and reported on. Old tickets can be archived
