SPA : The purpose of supervision Supervision will help the supervisee to become aware of her/his attitudes and values and provide her/him the opportunity for self-reflection. The supervision process will help the supervisee to interconnect theory with her/his own practice. The supervisee will develop his or hers competences during this process.
