The Etrading Network Internship Opportunity What is the Etrading Network Internship Program? Most students who intern with us are highly motivated people who want to get an edge on market indicators by attaining a skill set from internship. Some are current college students while others have completed their university training and have worked for several years. Many are from top universities. Most students have very good business skills. They study computer-related studies, international business, international trade E-Commerce and marketing and many other subjects. How long is our student internship? The internship consists of 150 hours minimum total time served within a 120 day period. Each intern has the opportunity to accelerate their program or stretch it out over 120 days. The winter Internship programs begins November 15 th 2008 through January 15 th 2008, and the Spring internship period will begin on January 15 th, 2009 and will be completed on May, Traditionally some students do not complete their internship and new interns start at a later date. E-Trading Network provides the student intern? The opportunity to gain practical skills, experience and knowledge in the intern’s field of interest coordinated when possible with the student intern’s learning objectives and where and when feasible, exposure to different departments in the organization. E-Commerce Web-Development Selling and marketing particular products or services Acquiring functional skills in a particular area Learning and participating in a process or system I.e., the import /export process, market research, creating and maintaining a web page, manufacturing and distributing a product U.S. business practices I.e., planning, organizing, staffing, leadership skills General office practices Translation/interpretation for business What E-Trading Network needs for the internship placement process? Resume Etrading Network decides if there is a good match between the organization’s need and the qualifications, skills and experience of the student. An interview between the student and the organization representative is arranged. If there is a match, Etrading Network and the student intern develop a learning Agreement and Internship Plan. Upon completion of the internship, the organization representative completes the Site Supervisor’s final evaluation from and transmits it to your internship manager. If Etrading Network is satisfied with the performance of the student intern, the company will write a letter of recommendation on behalf of the student intern. Etrading Network Internship Opportunity Internship Agreement  Etrading Network mailing address is 1101 Supermall Way, Suite 1360, Auburn WA. We will provide supervised on-the-job learning experiences for ________________ to supplement knowledge, experience and skill.  The student may or may not be taking this commission and bonus based internship for credit but is expected to complete at least on hundred (150) hours of work through the projects provided by the internship.  The student shall be given the opportunity to gain as broad an experience as possible and shall gain commissions and bonuses as his/her proficiency permits.  Etrading Network will provide the university with required attendance verification and performance ratings of the student’s achievements while enrolled under this agreement. The student shall receive a letter of recommendation from Etrading Network after satisfactory completion of the internship.  The following have read and understand the agreement and the requirement attached hereto.
