Rube Goldberg Presentation and Rocket Project Introduction Wednesday, May 13, 2015

Rube Goldberg Project Wednesday, 5/13  Retrieve your project warm-up sheet from your team folder.  Respond to the questions for today (you will keep these in your project file). What do you think would make the Rube Goldberg Machine project better for future Physics students (student feedback plays a big role in what changes I make…please give good feedback!)  Communication managers…after you have completed your warm-up do the following:  Collect the warm-ups from your group (I will stamp them after you have collected them) put them in your folder and meet me at the back lab table. Upcoming dates:  Friday, 5/22 – Last day to turn in 6SW extra credit  Tuesday, 5/26 – Bottle rocket launch (project is a test grade) )  Thursday, 6/4 – 5th period final exam (8:35 to 10:30), 8 th period final exam (10:45 to 12:45)

Today’s Deliverables  Review the Rube Goldberg project requirements again.  Complete part 4 of your project  Video tape your Rube Goldberg machine working. If possible video it in ‘real time’ and ‘slow motion’.
